This is a foundational marketing course which aims at introducing students to basic marketing terminology, concepts, theories, ideas and practices. Topics covered include how to choose target markets and acquire, retain, and grow customers by creating, delivering, and communicating superior customer value.  The course will put emphasis on the importance of data and data analysis in making informed marketing decisions.
